Lapland Hotels Luostotunturi & Amethyst Spa

It's a complete leisure experience. The cabin lapland authenticity ambiance should not be missed, book it! We don't have to chase and pay to see Northern Lights, it was right infront of our cottage! The tourist activities around the area are rightly - priced. I have lost my phone in the snow at the first day while dragging luggage but on my last day it was on the lost and found! All the staffs are helpful and goes above and beyond in service. The reviews about the BEST BREAKFAST is true! Delicious array, varied choices, good quality and fresh! We hiked,, we spend time on lake and these are all free!!!

Great hotel. The receptionist at our arrival and during our stay was very nice, friendly and funny. Later, we had a problem with our room and an other receptionist, very attentive, found a solution very quickly. The restaurant was fabulous. Local products and specialties. Very good service. The hotel facilities (swimming pools,sauna, private sauna) were great. The hotel is very quiet. There is a very beautiful lake next to the hotel where you can walk, eat next to a wood fire and hope to see the Northern Lights. We had a great stay.

The place seems to be in the middle of nowhere, but once you are there you find all the necessary infrastructure and more. The hotel is surrounded by few other hotels, some giftshops, restaurants and there is a small supermarket (K-market) 1 minute away from the hotel entrance. The room turned out to be large and cozy with a very nice bathroom and a balcony and a fridge. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and delicious. There is also a swimming pool and sauna and ...

We liked our kelomökki, it was very cozy, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, but everyday the same, although there are many options to choose from. The menu in restaurant is interesting and high quality. The surroundings are exceptional in the area, it is also nice that there are slides available for children.

Cozy cabin with mini kitchen, private sauna and fire place (they provide the logs for no extra cost, which was a very nice touch). The location was quite with beautiful surrounds. There is a small convenience shop 3mins by walk with drinks and snacks, quite handy. There is a coach leaving from outside Rovaniemi airport and stops just outside the hotel, very easy access. The breakfast was great, good choices and quality of food. The restaurant bistro was fantastic, very good tasty food. We didn’t have time to try the spa (it cost an additional €17), unfortunately.
